Site plumbing servicesIn the UK the quality of the water flowing at the tap is generally accepted to be drinking water. Whenever a plumber installs a new system he relies on the constant supply to maintain the chlorine residual in order to keep it so. But did you know that when commissioning a new installation that the pipework must be flushed to clear any debris in the pipework and then disinfected before a permanent connection to the main can occur. So when a temporary supply and installation is commissioned the same should apply. The temporary water supply will not have a constant chlorine residual so effectively it is much more important to disinfect a temporary installation than a permanent connection.
Our technicians know this and are very conscious of maintaining the cleanliness of the pipework and fittings before during and after an installation. We know that time is a premium when installing a temporary supply. Very often it is in an emergency. This is the reason that we like to connect our own pipework wherever possible. The importance of ensuring wholesomeness is something we do not wish to take risks with.
Our technicians are specially trained to carry out water and waste water connections without risking contamination all are aware and follow special procedures that account for the risks of not complying with the Regulations. Giving you, the public and or your staff peace of mind

Static drinking water storage tanks are stand alone tanks, resting on a strong frame suitable for lifting by a crane.
Every tank is compliant with Regulation 31 and prepared, audited throughout its life span with us.
We know its complete history and when returned to our operations depot are without fail cleaned and prepared in accordance with industry guidelines and our own special procedures.
For this reason all our static tanks are available for rental only. Together with our separate boosting pumps they are often the best solution to an alternative water supply option.
Sizes available are 1,000, 1200, 1,800, 5,000 and 10,000 litre capacities.

We are often asked "what’s the difference between a bowser and a static tank?” A Bowser is simply a tank on wheels. There are various types of bowsers but the main distinction is either site bowsers or highway bowsers. Site bowsers range from 250 litres to 5000 litres they are not road going and generally are not for holding drinking water hence why we do not hold stocks for hire.
Highway bowsers are road going. However not all highway bowsers are suitable to carry Drinking water. They may be the same shape and sometimes even the same colour (light Blue) but the only bowsers we have for hire are for purposes of transferring drinking water are regulation 31 approved.
Watermills deliver water via bowser or on occasions, where necessary, leave a bowser on site which will be suitable for holding potable (wholesome) drinking water. They provide a fast & flexible solution where a small quantity of wholesome water is required.
We use only use very tough 4x4 vehicles designed to tow full tanks min weight is approx 2 ton the max 4 x 4 towable weight we will deploy is 3.5 ton. Sizes available are 1200 litres and 2000 litre capacities.
All our water tankers and equipment used to transfer water are dedicated to the delivery of drinking water. We do not use them for anything else, as doing so would compromise DWI compliance.
We specialise in transferring water from where it is available to where it isn't - sounds simple, but our operational procedures and ongoing training allows us to maintain compliance.
Wholesome water must be maintained and due diligence is the only way to provide such services.
Sizes available are 16000 litres and 26000 litres.

We install drinking water storage tanks to ensure there will still be enough water during periods of peak load. We also store clean drinking water in buffer systems, specially developed for this purpose in places where there is no supply of drinking water present. Tankers and flexi-tanks can be moved from place to place, and are deployed according to drinking water needs and the intended application.
We work exclusively with materials that are certified for use with drinking water, and we can meet any demand. To give you optimal assurance we always make our own calculations in advance of the type and quantity of buffering needed for your business or project.

Water pumps and pressure boosters are used in various applications to ensure there is always sufficient water pressure and flow. The entire pipe network all the way to the various end points is designed in such a way that water always flows out of the taps and other outlets without a hitch. We are happy to select the pressure booster you need for your water facility, which will also suit the particular installation you have chosen. In cold periods we make sure the pressure boosters are properly insulated so that the water cannot freeze.
The capacity of the pressure booster depends of course on the pipe to which it is connected. We are happy to advise you, free of obligation, in your choice of pump or installation.
